- Manage the Enterprise Architecture unit comprised of Infrastructure architects
- To advise architecture team on planning, best practices and methodologies
- To perform managerial tasks including task assignments and performance appraisals
- To design and develop overall IT architecture blueprints and ensure that they are up-to-date
- To develop detailed implementation plans and drive all system implementations within the
organisation - To oversee and drive the transformation and improvement of Tabsquare platform overall
architecture - To co-develop comprehensive short term and long term strategies (including transition
architecture) with strict adherence to architecture principles - To review system designs and provide advice and guidance to development units
- To constantly communicate and validate IT strategies with stakeholders
- To be the primary contact point for all IT architecture matters within the organisation
- To constantly monitor and measure the performance and capacity of the current architecture
- To anticipate future needs and plan ahead for timely improvements – capacity planning and
performance tuning - To keep up to date with latest technologies and techniques and evaluate for adoption

- Minimum 5 – 8 years of working as a senior IT professional in areas of software/product
development. - At least 5 years of experience working with large scale (enterprise) and moderately complex IT
architecture (catering at least > 1 million users) - Must have worked in a fully cloud-based infrastructure (IAAS) environment.
- Must have sound technical knowledge in SaaS industry and have in-depth understanding of all
moving parts within a SaaS solution. - Experience working with AWS/GCP is a big plus point.
- Must have experience in EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) including message-brokering,
publish-subscribe patterns - Familiar with web and mobile applications
- Well versed in areas of systems integration
- Highly analytical and able to provide spontaneous technical advice/opinion when necessary
- Industry knowledge in Retail / E-commerce will be an advantage
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels.
- Willing to travel locally and regionally as and when necessary.
- Certification in Enterprise Architecture such as TOGAF, Zachman is an advantage.
- Must be highly proficient in English (written and spoken).
